UK Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery by Royal Mail on orders over 85£. When you place your order, we will email you your order acknowledgement straight away. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking link.

If your item is in stock, please allow 1-3 working days for processing and dispatch of your order. The delivery times given at the checkout are counted from when the order has been dispatched, not from when the order was placed.

International Delivery

Customers buying from outside the UK enjoy tax and duty free prices in our online store, we do not charge you UK 20% VAT tax. However, please be aware that you maybe asked to pay duty or taxes on the arrival of the order in your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

How your order will arrive

Our item(s) is lovingly put in a Misia Mae jewellery box, an unbranded box or envelope, depending on the size of the item.

All gift vouchers will be sent by email and posted in an envelope.

Further Information

Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Parcels with a business address chosen will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen business address, not directly to the recipient.

Transactions are processed in pounds sterling.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
